Jana Tanner

Jana was an extraordinary woman, much cherished and respected by all her friends in the Morley College Rambling Club. She was a holocaust survivor and was hidden in a Christian orphanage. Jana was a member of our club for over 70 years where she met her husband Geoff. She continued to walk with us until the age of 94 and attended our Club social events until her death. We remember her for her resilience, fortitude, perseverance, compassion, lively mind and her sense of humour.
